   I love this waist trainer, I was previously using a zipper one and it wasn't doing much for me but this one makes me sweat like crazy when I work out and it is really comfortable, I even wear it to bed. I am already losing some inches and recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight and get that curvy look (the sizing is pretty dead on).

   Very nice waist trainer! I purchased this to use for my post pregnancy and have been using it everyday. It is very comfortable to wear and does not roll up which is amazing because all the previous ones I've purchased had that issue. I have a long torso so the length is perfect for me. Great product and see results already!

   Perfectly and is a snug fit that does not shift during use but this is not a pillow and of course, you will still get sore when starting biking/spinning for the first time. This product does diminish the soreness considerably, and of course, once you begin biking a few times a week, you build up tolerance.
